What we flag during every cleaning
While we're up there, we look for things your installer would want to know about: cracked or hazed glass, loose mounting hardware, exposed conduit, lifted flashing, hot spots visible as discoloration, and signs of micro-fracture damage. We document anything notable in your post-service text and recommend you forward it to your installer if it might affect your warranty.
